Divine Dukka

  • 125g sesame seeds
  • 100g macadamia or brazil nuts
  • 50g coriander seeds
  • 25g cumin seeds
  • 5ml coarse salt
  • 5ml dried mint
  • 3ml dried crushed chillies
  • oil blend of pumpkin, sesame, borage and hemp
  • flat bread to dip

  1. Dry roast all the seeds separately until lightly browned and allow to cool.

  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients and blend in a coffee grinder, pestle and mortar or food processor to make a coarse powder.

  3. This can be stored in a sealed jar for up to 3 months. Use as a rub for vegetables or a dip with oil and flatbread.
