Chickpea fudge  (gram flour)


  • 150 ml butter, ghee or almond butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of chickpea flour
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1/2 t ground cardamon seeds
  • 1/4 t ground nutmeg
  • 2 T ground almonds or cashews


  1. Melt butter

  2. Add flour stirring continuosly until golden (about 10 min. on medium heat)

  3. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients and allow to cool

  4. Roll into small balls and place in fridge to set

  5. Enjoy!
