Hi Cheryl :) - I'm in my bedroom packing my school bag... I think I may be in for a culture shock tomorrow! You will never know how valuable your retreat was for me. The yoga was fabulous - I woke up today, did my sun salutes and went on a run! I'm so energised and contented. Good Morning Cheryl :D - Words can't describe just how wonderful the yoga retreat was... But it was... Incredible... Amazing... Life-Changing. I've already scouted the net for yoga classes which are near to where I live. I am super excited to begin my "break-away" from the dreadful monotonous routine of 'eat-sleep-work'. The retreat taught me that balance is key in life :) So glad that my mum and I were able to make the trip. *HUGE HUG*... Aamena


Dear Cheryl, Thank you for a divine experience and weekend! It was my first with both SA Yoga Safaris as well as with Blue Butterfly, but definitely not the last ..... the setting, the surroundings, the arrangement, the spirit and the ambiance provided a physical and mental retreat beyond expectation.
